monday: 11,059 steps
tuesday: 10,635 steps
wednesday: 3,080 steps
thursday: 12,636 steps
friday: 13,227 steps
saturday: 12,744 steps
sunday: 11,591 steps

TOTAL: 74,971 steps

eek! am nearly 10,000 off my target! twas the day of lethargy on weds that did it! never again!
am getting back on track, after a couple of low results over the past two weeks. this week i am back on my diet and exercise 100% after a weekend of over-indulgence. i felt i needed it to help cure my lethargy and it seems to have worked a treat!!

yay i am doing over 8000 every day which was my target to add 100 each day i need 32 more steps till 8300 todays target !
i intend to up min 100 each day ! i know not loads :)

on a stupid note i told my husband that i had walked 6.5 miles the other day all pleased with myself then i realised only did 6.5km doh !!

week 4 (is this really week 4??!)

monday: 12,888 steps
tuesday: 11,042 steps - it would have been considerably more, as i left my pedometer at home (first time i've forgotten it :doh:) and i normally do a bout 6,000 during the day. i only counted from 6pm onwards!

wednesday: 9,661 steps - not as many as i would have liked, but i did do an hour of swimming as well, so i think it's a reasonable result. would have been better if i went for a walk instead of going and sitting outside the pub :rolleyes: stuck to diet coke though :D

i am not doing any other exercise at the moment as on cambridge diet just got back on the wagon after a 7lb gain
:cry:will be on that till 8th July ..

then i am CC at around 1000cals which i will up each week along with exercise aiming for 8550 steps today,

only done 800 so far so a bit to go but just finished work for the day so will get on with walking the dog, going to post office etc this will help !

Apart from wed were i forgot to put it on i think i did well.

haven't had a chance to post last weeks steps, and didnt wear the ped over the weekend as i went to a wedding and was wearing a sari :s
