Anyone know off any tinned meals that are free??

    As the title says am looking for some tinned meals that would be free to take away with me so things like curry or chilli or anything I will be taking beans but just for something different thanks normally I would make stuff but it's more convienience so I know I'm eating syn free or low syn in the day but can have a nice treat in the evening thanks :)

    Marks and Spencer do a really yummy stewed steak in gravy which is free on red and EE. It isn't as cheap as other shop brands but I love it.

    'Stagg' make a 'less than 1% fat' vegetable chilli. The regular version is apprently in the directory and comes in with a reasonably low syn value for the tin but, the SW calculator recons the low fat one is Free.

    Sadly this isn't free any more - it's now 2 syns per can. Probably still worth it though!

    oh no vie been looking at the threads on here it must be old thank you :)
    I had asda smartprice which was suppost to be 1.5 syns and it was lovely, wonder if the syns are right haha
