I've lost almost 3 stone on a meal replacement vlcd and am thinking about switching to SW to reintroduce foods and hopefully continue losing until I reach goal. Ideally I'd like to lose another 2 stone. I know I'll probably gain weight initially until my system gets used to proper food again, but I'm a bit worried that I'll pile loads on.
Has anyone lost weight on a vcld and then switched to SW without a huge gain in the first couple of weeks and, if so, how long did it take your weight to stabilise and then start losing again?
