today I am starting sole source. I weigh 16 stone 5 lbs and I've got a couple of goals. first my sisters wedding - I am a bridesmaid - on may 31, secondly my 30th birthday on July 23.

does anyone want to join forces to support each other?

Hi there!!
Im restarting today and things are going really well! I've had a few false restarts but now I have finally booked my wedding its given me more of an incentive than anything!!
Im starting at 15st 10 :sigh: would love to lose 5 - 6 stone for August! Doable I hope so! would love a buddy to chat too especially as here in Dubai everyone is so perfect! lol

Hello

I will hopefully be starting CD next week. I've got to get my medical consent form signed by my GP first, then I can start. I will be planning on eating low carb for the next week so it's not to much of a shock when I do start. I've also thought about initially working myself down the steps first, then starting on sole source. I'm not very good at cold turkey!
