Hi there, I've just joined, and the forum seems really friendly.
Is there anyone to support me in losing weight the RC way? I can't get to meetings thanks to job and kids, but I have been in the past, and really enjoyed them. I subscribe to the magasine and use the recipe books.
My approach to weight loss will be eating more healthily, exercising more (which means walking the dog in my case), drinking plenty of water, and getting enough sleep!
I lost weight last year doing this, and felt so much better, but then hassle from my ex-husband, led to me giving up, and of course some of it piled back on. I really cannot end back up at square one, so I've got to turn it around now!
I'm looking forward to finding some like-minded diet buddies on here
