I had to do the first strength workout twice as I kept being distracted as the boyfriend is home from work and kept coming in pretending to do arm crosses and laughing so was put off! did it in the end! Also my size 10 jeans that didnt go past my bum- now go on but the buttons are about 2-3 inches from meeting. Hoping that at day 30 they will almost do up.

Last time i was doing everyday but im now allowing a break for muscles and basic living.

Substituted some of the plank moves for standing crunches/boxing/squat kicks as my core isnt good enough 13 weeks post baby lol I can do maybe half the amount of planks and all ab moves but cant do all the plank jacks/climbers yet. Im going to aim to do them all tomorow

Hi, my diary is on Dukan forum but to cut a long story short, I did a VLCD June - Nov last year and lost 4 and a half stone. Last Sunday I decided to tone up using the shred,

I've just completed day 7 and can see a difference already,the photos I've taken show progress already and it's inspired me to keep going. I'm getting a HUGE buzz from it!

Wow only day two but my body is feeling it! Finding it harder than last time I did it, prob a stone heavier, but hoping it helps my slow weight losses and gets me bikini ready for Easter :)

No it's not that bad tbh just do it at your level so you can complete all the days. Once your a couple of days into it you will be able to do more and harder versions.
I'm on a break from it at moment as got a viral thing going around :( annoyed as was on day 3 but ill get back into it xx
