Okay let's go for it ...... May Day is May 5th which gives us 6 full weeks if we start it this Monday 23nd March through to Sunday 4th May......... hmm now for a target??????????
Wait - now I am confused. So the challenge starts now, right? So then when we weigh in Monday, do we caount that loss as part of the goal, or is that the next Monday?
I don't suppose it really matters but when we started on the Easter Challenge the weigh ins started on a Monday and officially end tomorrow (Sunday) so that everyone got a complete week.
So the May Day challenge starts for Monday weigh in'ers and finishes on the Sunday the day before the Bank Holiday - that weigh it's complete weeks for everyone again.
So in that my Easter one finished last Monday with a loss of 21lbs and my new one starts from counting my weight loss this Monday.
