Yesterday was my first WI and I lost 3.5lb. Doing it online and WI on Tues mornings.

Hello everyone!

Back to it as of Monday! Got a new meeting time of 530 pm which is much better for me! I have put A LOT of weight on- not sure how much! Done a lot of comfort eating which has made me feel awful!

I was sat in the spa on holiday laid on my back in the pool looking up at the sky and I thought, I just can't do this anymore! When it was my grandmas funeral I couldn't find any smart clothes to fit me, I have acquired more stretch marks on my stomach, my face looks swollen with weight and I'm terrified my OH is gonna bugger off with someone else!

Things are slotting Into place now- it's not about trying to live better and giving up because my mental state isn't up to much! This is all finally getting sorted, this is going to complete my life and FINALLY let me be the person I want to be!

Will reassess my goals after the meeting on Monday! The boots diet wasn't my cup of tea so I've contacted my SW consultant and I'm going back then.

I'm going to have to do this!!!! My health and my life now depend on it! This forum is the only way I lose weight- need to stay on here even if it kills me!

Do it for yourself Hun Sod everyone else, when I decided to lose weight everyone except hubby to be kinda sighed & gave 'that' look as if to say 'here we go again another diet she won't stick at', now I feel great & people are always commenting on how well I'm doing,

We are all here for support & advice :)
