Thanks. It still might be differences in scales but last.week Idid about two hours of working out a day. Heavy stuff like 30day.shred and weights etc. Really tried and.sts. I lost inches that week but weight was the same so I think I gained muscle. This week I did nothing but shop so muscle think the weight loss has caught up now. Feel much thinner this week too. My arms are starting to look like I remember them. I always wore catdigans out on nights out or long sleeved boleros etc to cover them up. Might free arm it at christmas and new year!
