Hi I will have my 2nd weigh inn on Monday, I lost 5 lbs in my first week my main aim is approximate 56 lbs I have set myself mini goals as I go along so I'm achieving as I go along good luck with yours

Well it went as I predicted 5.5lbs on, not at all surprised nor worried as I expected a big gain over Xmas ny & been in Ireland, & I KNOW I will knock it off again

Well the scales are showing 11 stone 5. Which is ok I was convinced it was gonna be more. I'm using today as a bit of a restart as I didn't WI last week and now I've got rid of that bloody patch, onwards and downwards

I'm still feeling pretty hungry tho so I may do a simply filling day today!

1lb off this morning. I'm 7lbs under ww goal and my leader told me enough!! I think she may be right and the last 2.5lbs I was after (just to be under 10stone!) will be too much!
She also asked if I would model in the ww charity fashion show in a local hotel!?! Need before and after photos and my 'story'!! Proving more difficult than I thought ~ already!!

I think I shall bow out of this challenge - but will check in regularly on you all!! Good luck all!! Michelle and MrF ~ hats off to you both xxx
