well its a sts for me this wk, but happy enough with that. going to see dirty dancing on stage tomorrow, cant wait, looking forward to dinner and drinks too i must say, havent had a mini break away for agessss but gonna step up a gear when i get back!! well done carly that was a brill loss, and i do love that quote v, il def be thinking of that one the wkend:)

HI all hope your having a good one :D going to my 1st BOKWA session a little later then taking 2 of my children roller skating so fingers crossed this will all help my WI on monday :D ( ifyou never heard of BOKWA check it out on youtube it looks fab, think i will be er ready for my bed this evening tho, can you ladies suggest any other good pages to post on ie for exercise, etc) x x

It was great fun did you manage to see it on YouTube? Gosh such a good workout! Going again on wed eve, I can wait if you type it in on Facebook there is a uk group and people have been advertising in different areas plus u also found it in my area on gumtree lol give it ago it's very enjoyable if you enjoy a lively energetic workout, great music too x
it's WI tomo morning :) and once again I can't seem to sleep on a Sunday night! Wondering what the scales will have instore for me in the morning :) good luck everyone for this weeks WI :D
