I have - at least £40 less each week. I no longer buy

10 packs of apples a week
2 pineapples/melons
Pudding rice
Savoury nice / Supernoodles
Granulated sweetener
Scan bran
Loads and loads of meat / bacon
Rice & pasta by the bucket load.

This of course means more money on skinny clothes!

I am only on day two but noticed alot of the foods you can have on RC are pretty basic foods making it much easier.
Yesterday I just picked up a few bits like orange juice, strawberries, chicken/tuna & some salad.
Im not a massive fruit lover so its nice that you dont have to buy tons of it each week to improve your weight loss lol...

What do you find you buy more of doing Rc though?
Need some ideas...
I bought those Special K Honey clusters and Innocent smoothies tonight as noticed they are in the lastest Rc mag.

I have only spent £15 this week on food for Rc.
Today I went to Poundland & treated myself to some Weight Watchers crisps & also this fab cookbook which shows all the nutritional information for each recipe. Bargain for £1.

We could maybe start doing a shopping thread listing bargains we have bought which will help us all on the Rosemary Conley plan.
