Anyone with Similar Stats

    Hiya

    Im half way into my second week of SS and so far have lost 8lbs.

    I tend to have a slow ish response to dieting and was wondering if there is anyone on here who started SS with similar stats to mine as Id be interested to compare their weekly losses against mine.

    So if anyone out there fits the bill - pls post x

    Start weight on CD 14.11 Height 5"6

    hi.... im on my second day of sole source..... found the first day extremley hard but today hasen't been that bad... im 5ft 4 and 11st 3..... havent really got that much to lose......its more about in the long run, trying to live a healthier life and try and think about food in a different way!

    how did u feel after completing the first week??

    I am about the same weight as you now 14stone 12 and i am 5foot 7.

    Buddying up sounds like a great idea - hopefully it will spur me on a bit x

    Charliesangels - I found the first few days easy {well not too bad} it was towards the end of week one that I found it most difficult - I wasnt hungary but I craved food.
    Im three days into week 2 and I have to admit Im not hungary at all, feel ok but would love to much on something - Im really lookimg forward to week 2 when I can have the bars. As you ve prob read just drink as much water as you can to geyt you through the next few days - Im sure you'll do just fine but if you need any support or advice just post on here - there is ALWAYS someone around x
