anything you did to get a good loss?

is there a week you did something different and got a good loss? or a week you had a bad week but no why?

if i exercise to much i get a bad week i seem to get a good loss if i drink all my water and get enough sleep.
 
I always have a good loss if I've eaten my way through a honeydew melon throughout the week

No rhyme or reason for me, it is what it is...some weeks I think I should have lost loads, and don't then other weeks I am shocked at how much has fallen off! I just let my body get on with it now and trust that it knows what it's doing!!
