Has anyone tried these? My mother in law gave me them last night and I have taken two today. They are meant to help boost metabolism and help with weight loss. Just wondered if this is true x

Apple cider vinegar contains acetic acid and that suppresses your appetite. It can also help settle stomach troubles etc. I guess there is no harm in using them if they didn't cost you anything. You will lose weight anyway if you stick to sw tho - good luck x
