50mins prenatl pilates 2day, split over 2 workouts: 20mins this mornin n 30mins this evenin. Didn't get a chance 4 a walk at lunchtime 2day but hopefully will do 2moro. Oh n it was day 17 of my squat challenge so that was 180 squats this mornin as well! :)

2day's exercise: 30mins prenatal pilates

Well it's the last day of the month n I'm delighted 2 ave blitzed my target espec since I'm now 26wks pregnant! I'm sure keepin up my exercise has played a huge part in helpin my pregnancy run so smoothly so far.

I kno there hasn't been much interest in this thread recently but I'm still gona start another 4 May 2moro n post the link on here 4 any1 who'd like 2 continue or start. Anybody n everybody is welcome.... :)
