Hi folks! This is a continuation of the monthly exercise motivator threads. Any n all exercise counts, u can be following any diet/eating plan or none at all n u don't ave 2 set a target unless u want 2! I personally ave definately found these threads 2 b gr8 motivatation over the last few months!

Anyone can join, just copy the list to your post and add your name to the bottom. To keep the most recent participants, targets and updates, copy the most recent posted list to your post and update with any exercise you've done.

PS: not sure how much longer I'l b able 2 keep playin badminton 4 - almost 5wks til due date so draggin the bump round the court is getting increasingly difficult! lol! :D

Ok so it's only 40mins over 2days but I got a new phone yesterday so I was playin wif it all yesterday evenin n 2day IS Friday after all! lol! :D Anyway I'l try 2 squeeze in a bit of xtra activity over the w/end 2 make up 4 it!

Well I can already c that I'm fallin a bit behind schedule this month - hopefully once I get better organised wif the stuff I'm tryin 2 get prepped b4 baby comes I can go back 2 concentratin on my exercise!

I'm ashamed 2 say I'v been neglectin Minimins due 2 the weather n the sunburn it's caused which has been SERIOUSLY hinderin my exercise! Anyway I'm back on track now that it's healin so here's a quick catch-up.....

Wed: 20mins prenatal pilates in the morning, 30mins power walk at lunch time n 20mins prenatal pilates in the evenin = 1hr 10mins
Thurs: 20mins prenatal pilates in the morning n 30mins power walk at lunch time = 50mins
Fri: 30mins powerwalk (n sum seriously awful sunburn!!! :cry:)
Sat/Sun/Mon: total write-offs! :(
2day: 10mins prenatal pilates this morning n 30mins power walk at lunch time = 40mins

So I'v DEF fallen behind schedule this month but hopefully now that the sunburn is on the mend n I'v a few days of work 2 sort out the baby's room I can squeeze in enuf exercise 2 catch up. Badminton's back on the week so that shud help 2! :)

Thanx hun! I must confess I am struggling a bit at the mo 2 fit exercise in cos I'v just got SOOO much 2 do b4 the baby comes n I'm really wishin I hadn't left so much til the last minute - but that's the story of my life! lol! I'm not expectin 2 hit target this month but I'm gona try 2 get as close as poss! :D

Well "officially" I'v just over 2wks left but my own date is a week earlier n I reckon mine's rite! Lol! The heat is def makin me less comfortable than I cud b, altho in fairness I'm still keepin really well 4 this stage of pregnancy in comparison 2 how friends of mine ave been - no aches or pains as yet! :) I'm still struggling 2 keep up 2 date wif my exercisin tho but I'm tryin my best....
