Hi folks! This is a continuation of the monthly exercise motivator threads. Any n all exercise counts, u can be following any diet/eating plan or none at all n u don't ave 2 set a target unless u want 2! I personally ave definately found these threads 2 b gr8 motivatation over the last few months!

Anyone can join, just copy the list to your post and add your name to the bottom. To keep the most recent participants, targets and updates, copy the most recent posted list to your post and update with any exercise you've done.

I'm gona leave my target at 12hrs 4 this month again as I'm only just getting back 2 proper exercise after Sam's birth - finger x'd I'l manage it n then I can start workin my way back up 2 my usual 20hrs pre-Sam :D

I had intended 2 go 4 a walk this afternoon but the weather was pants n there was no way I was takin the baby out in that rain. Mayb 2moro will b better...

Once again it looks like the weather has ruined my chances of avin a walk this afternoon. If it was just me I wudn't mind but I don't fancy draggin Sam out 4 an hr in the wind n rain even if he is cocooned in his pram lol!

My target isw to do 3 x 45 minute work out at the gym each week. Did one on Monday, another tonight!

I shud b pickin up the pre-pregnancy exercise dvds I'd lend my SIL 2moro so I hope 2 b addin a bit more serious workouts. Fingers x'd I can notch up sum more time against my target! :D

Well SIL 4got 2 bring my dvds at the w/end n I was quite lazy despite my good intentions so I'v only a 30min walk 2 log from the w/end n I didn't manage 2 get anything done 2day (so far at least...) cos I'v been sittin about waitin 4 the Health Visitor 2 appear. Mayb, just mayb, I'l get a chance 2 squeeze sumthin in later on but I doubt it 2 b honest! Lol!

2day's exercise: 20mins (10mins Standing Abs from Blast Off Belly Fat dvd + 10mins Fat Free Total Body Blast from Blast Off Body Fat dvd) It mite not sound like much but they're reasonably intense 10min workouts n I'm tryin 2 ease myself back in2 it by startin wif just the 2 workouts. Also its handy 2 ave them in 10min sessions so I can fit them in round my gorgeous baby Sam. Its hard 2 believe he was 9wks old yesterday! :D
