Anyone else having problems sticking to slimmers world while the kids are off school??
Last week I lost 4lb's then picked up my boys from Rugby where they live with my ex-wife and am struggling more than any other week. The kids are being a very bad influence on me,Breakfast and Lunch times no problem then tea time!!
Cos my boys dont live with me I want them to have a great week so have been doing loads of stuff with them including a trip to a chinese buffet and a pizza hut buffet.
Just gonna carry on being a half slimmer and make up for it next week!!

Well I got weighed yesterday and it's taken me until now to post an update as I'm stunned.....2lb gain for me this week.

This means I've gained 1lb and am 11lb away from April target. Think I ought to alter my target as I can't see me achieving it somehow

Anyone else having problems sticking to slimmers world while the kids are off school??
Last week I lost 4lb's then picked up my boys from Rugby where they live with my ex-wife and am struggling more than any other week. The kids are being a very bad influence on me,Breakfast and Lunch times no problem then tea time!!
Cos my boys dont live with me I want them to have a great week so have been doing loads of stuff with them including a trip to a chinese buffet and a pizza hut buffet.
Just gonna carry on being a half slimmer and make up for it next week!!

School Holidays have been a nightmare for me too. Just plod on as best you can and aim to start 100% next week, this is a way of living so we have to have long term goals. Try and up the exercise by taking the kids to the park and walking or playing football to try and counteract the eating. Mind you I can talk, I am still trying to loose my Easter Sunday pig out in time for my weigh in on Monday

Tink I should remove myself from the challenge. So far in April I've had one STS & one gain. 6lbs loss was always optimistic, but now damn nigh impossible, especially when I'm going the wrong way on the scales....:sigh:
