Decided not to weigh in on Sunday as had mega bday celebrations mon to wed and so not going to stress myself out about it, especially as it's star week. Shall i call it a holiday week ?! Will be weighing this weekend as usual and hopefully all will be ok.

well done 2 every1 on there fantastic losses! I weigh in the am.an after last wks gain of 2.5lbs,i can honestly say i.ve stuck 2 the plan 100%, had loads of superfree,water an done loads of walkin. Plus been back at work since last mon. If i havn.t lost i will seriously be very upset!

The only positive with that is that next week will be much better losses, although a week is a long time ! This always happens to me too. Might be worth investing in some fluid retention tablets, they do work
