April Challenge Anyone?

The only positive with that is that next week will be much better losses, although a week is a long time ! This always happens to me too. Might be worth investing in some fluid retention tablets, they do work

I've never heard of them? Where can you get them?
I get terrible cravings around star week too so I find it extra difficult....not sure if it affects my anemia, to beat the chocolate cravings I practically live off of steak and spinach to help my iron lol.
I am positive about next week, I just wish i'd budged that 0.5lb for my half stone award

I've never heard of them? Where can you get them?
I get terrible cravings around star week too so I find it extra difficult....not sure if it affects my anemia, to beat the chocolate cravings I practically live off of steak and spinach to help my iron lol.
I am positive about next week, I just wish i'd budged that 0.5lb for my half stone award

You can buy water/fluid retention tablets over the counter at any chemist or from Boots. Give them a try, I can carry btwn 2-3lb on star week so try to take them, if I remember
