Well done on losses everyone. Aislingb congrats on 2stone off. I stayed the same. *week so hopefully loss next week. I'm making super speed soup for lunch for next few days. Hope it tastes nice. Boiling away at mo. Anyone have good losses with it? I'm also trying green week instead of ee. What do you think??

Hi, i make superspeed soup all the time - the first week I lost 3lbs with it (my avg is 1lb per week) but i really enjoy it still! Have got cold this week and was eating lots of junk and soup and still lost my lb. I also do green all the time cos I'm a veggie. Love having 2 hebs!

Not a great week with Mother's Day & my husband's birthday but some how I managed to still lose a pound so I should be happy with that. Makes the rest of the month tough though!!! This week is going to be a good one to make up for it though...more veg & no vino!!! ;)
