Aprils food diary! First 6 days x

WI results....2lbs down!! Soooooo pleased, just what I wanted!!
So that's 6.5lbs off in 3 weeks :D xxx

Snack: ryvita (heb) dairylea (hea) pickle 1.5 Syns

Lunch: green salad, muller light, x2 plums, orange, apple

Dinner: chicken fajitas!! Not overly worried about syns but would like to be as good as possible. Will try n figure out syns...
Edit: 4.5 syns for spice mix, will be good and have one tortilla with it (9 syns)

Syns: 15
Total ended on: 77.5 :D

:happy096: Well done! I know you feel carp but a loss is a loss and I expect your body is adjusting to the change from WW.

Did the consultant take a look at your diary? I can't see anything wrong with it to be honest.

What are you finding easiest? Green/Red/EE? I'm settling into the routine now but (and I'm going to sound like you now, lol) I am not expecting a loss this week :sigh:

Well done on the loss, as Ali said, it is still a loss, 0.5Ib in the right direction.:)

I had been trying to do WW for a while but after losing a few Ibs I would put it back on and could just not get rid. I am trying slimmingworld again after losing 2.5stone on it the first time. I haven't put all that back on but wasn't shifting any with WW. It really is quite different isn't it.

Lol I got q bit confused there! Haha I much prefer SW to ww, leas restrictions and piles of free food! Much healthier in my opinion also!xx

Ok so decided to change WI day...weighed at home and STS. But that's fine because I only weighed on Tuesday just gone!

Really looking forward to tonight. Going to the casino for my sisters birthday and then off to a "club" ooooooo! Not been out for yonks!

Will stick to plan today tho!

Start to a new week. Little one is v poorly so last nights dinner was off plan :/

WI...1lb on. Which I'm ok with as I had huge curry Sunday night and whole pizza AND garlic bread last might! Oopppsy!!
