Aprils food diary! First 6 days x

Hope you enjoyed your treat. Went to KFC today and decided to have a flexi syn day so I could enjoy my treat with my family.....Was nice having a treat, and I think it makes you more focused for the week ahead.

Feeling really shitty today...may have a flexible syn day! BBQ in work today and I'm tempted!!

L: BBQ in work....burger. Worked it out as 18 syns in total. Yuk!!!

Quite a lot of subs today...BUT I'm still within my 15 a day on average. Gonna have to be a low syn weekend! Eekkkkk!!!!x

Its ok to gave a flex day every now and then.

But that looks to be ok for a green day cause you have syned the burger...

Well I decided to quit at the burger lol otherwise I wouldve just kept going and totally binged!

Dinner: x2 quorn red onion burgers (free!), x2 rolls (heb x2), cheese (hea), lettuce, onion, Mayo (4 Syns), SW chips :D

...got some prawns in the freezer so gonna do EE tomorrow! :D

D: chicken breast with onions and peppers in a spicy tomato sauce with spaghetti and salad
