Are sweeteners ok on Exante?

Apologies if this has already been asked..

I am struggling with the shakes at the moment as I find them disgusting. I like the idea of adding cinnamon but is there a granulated sweetener I can add too?

If yes, does this add calories to the shake?

I add sweetener to coffee and to my shakes. I must have around 15 a day

I use just whatever I have handy lol Usually hermesetas tablets.

.........It has to be tablets though doesn't it Starlight? I didn't think we could have granulated sweeteners.

Im not sure the reason why but as far as I know it should be tablet ones

I use tescos own and it's never caused me any problems or affected my losses
