hey all,
hope you don't think i'm being cheeky asking ages but wanted to know if there are any older ladies doing lipotrim?

my nan is amazed by how well i'm looking and really wants to do it herself.
thing is she's in her 70's(not sure exactly)and just wondering if this is ok?
i have tried to get her do do a diet with food but she wants to do lipotrim.

anyone got any thoughts on this?

Hiya, well my mum who is 61 also started LT 4 days ago with me and she did Lighter life a couple of years ago and lost 2 stone in 2 months. She was fine apart from her hair went really thin even though she has very thick hair.it did grow back once she finished. Dont know if this is anything to do with age or whether it just happens to some people. What is frustrating is trying to expain ketosis to her! and the need to drink enough water!

An older friend of mine, 75, asked her GP about doing it and she was told absolutely now way. She felt the diet was too harsh on someone of older years as it might put kidneys under stress. Probably also depends on any medication that someone is on. My friend is only on a blood pressure tablet and is very active, 18 holes golf every day but is about three stone overweight. She had to listen to her doc on this one.
