Are there any resources for planning your own VLCD/LCD

Not that I know of and I think that could be quite dangerous actually as it would be impossible to get all the vitamins and minerals in correct quantities, and with such a small amount of food I think you would be very hungry most of the time. Definitely not recommended medically.
