I dont really know exactly what I am asking here, but basically even though I realise I dont have a huge amount of weight to lose I cant seem to do it by other methods, I have lost the same 7 lbs repeatedly for about 6 months now, I see a lower number on the scale am delighted but then proceed to eat crap and put it all back on. I really want a break from this spiral and that is why I am starting lipotrim, I want to re learn how to eat healthy food my body needs when the time comes and I hoping the break from eating will give me some insight into how to achieve this ....... what are you experiences, do you feel you will emerge with a healthier relationship with food??
