I dont really know exactly what I am asking here, but basically even though I realise I dont have a huge amount of weight to lose I cant seem to do it by other methods, I have lost the same 7 lbs repeatedly for about 6 months now, I see a lower number on the scale am delighted but then proceed to eat crap and put it all back on. I really want a break from this spiral and that is why I am starting lipotrim, I want to re learn how to eat healthy food my body needs when the time comes and I hoping the break from eating will give me some insight into how to achieve this ....... what are you experiences, do you feel you will emerge with a healthier relationship with food??

I definately hope i will emerge from all this dieting with a more positive attitude towards food and only use it as fuel and not for comfort or to reward myself with as I never want to get to my start weight again in my life.

The whole family is eating a lot healthier now - not just because I want them too but they want to as well - I think this is going to help me a lot when i start to eat food again as hopefully by then everyone will have got into the habit of eating healthy - including my husband who is the worst culprit for snacking and buying goodies!!

I also need to prove to all those people who say 'you'll just put it back on when you start eating again' - I don't intend to and my husband has also said he would never let me - but thats a couple of months away yet before i finish as ive still got 5stone to lose.

In the past 6 weeks ive been on this diet ive already identified my 'danger' times and now know how to deal with them by either having a nice bubble bath or booking in for a massage to reward myself rather than a meal out or a chocolate bar - something i would never have dreamed of doing in the past.

Good luck and I hope you succeed with getting to the size you want to be.

Ive learned alot even tho Im on day 4

Ive learned most of my eating was all in the head hunger !! no wonder I put on weight !!!
It really is an addiction for me I used food to make myself feel better by the taste of things and
satifaction I got from eating !!
Well I say no more !! hehe

I also feel alot happier in myself
I used to be miserable , bite the head of my bf if he said one little thing
ok I will admit I am a little irratable while on it but today im feeling good so far :D
Think I better go have a shake :)

Hi I have started lipotrim today, just had my first shake the chocolate one wasn't the greatest taste however i'm determined to lose my post baby weight. Start weight 11st 9lb goal weight between 9st and 9st 7lb. I am 5ft 2 and have 8 weeks before a 2 week holiday so would love to be at least a stone lighter. just hope i can stomach the taste of them :)

I had the strawberry - I thoght it was grand.Im losing baby weight too :)
