Argh messed up!!

So today is my 5th day and I've been 100% all week but tonight my bf surprised me with a 3 course meal n hotel!! ;)

So I'm EE day today and have had as follows:

X2 brown bread toasted (heb) with two fried eggs (fry light) and melon

Mug shot with melon and grapes

Dinner:
Coconut stir fried prawns with salad
Roasted shoulder of lamb with mash and winter veg
Apple pie
And then about (will be about) 8 glasses of wine.

Im asking for advice on food diary and syns really if possible pls guys. I've only had 23 syns all week so far, not counting today!

If you've only had 23 syns so far this week, and you get back on plan straight after, then you should make it through the weekend unscathed!

Life does happen, and sometimes we can't plan for it, but the key to long term success is not to see it as a failure and get right back onto the plan.

One night does not make a bad week.

You've done so well only using 23 syns over 5 days! Don't worry I'm sure you 'll be fine. These things happen!

Just remember that if you do happen to have a gain on the scales, it will probably be water, and not fat because it takes 3500 calories a week to gain a pound of fat, so not at all likely from one evening off.
