So today is my 5th day and I've been 100% all week but tonight my bf surprised me with a 3 course meal n hotel!!
So I'm EE day today and have had as follows:
X2 brown bread toasted (heb) with two fried eggs (fry light) and melon
Mug shot with melon and grapes
Dinner:
Coconut stir fried prawns with salad
Roasted shoulder of lamb with mash and winter veg
Apple pie
And then about (will be about) 8 glasses of wine.
Im asking for advice on food diary and syns really if possible pls guys. I've only had 23 syns all week so far, not counting today!
