4 days in from starting and been doing brilliant until got monthly's this morning and done nothing but eat :mad: rubbish!!

think ive eaten all my weeklies already and still got to wed until wi... i will be mortified if i go and gain on my first week of joining :eek:.

im going out tomo for valentines!! was planning on using my weeklies then but have none to fall back on now. :cry:

just praying i still lose something come wed.... damn T.o.m!

Oh dear lady, maybe just for the rest of the week except your Valentines meal try an stick mostly to your free foods just to get you through to wed?? Some times people just army in the right frame of mind to stick to the points and TOTM is defo one of them for a lot of people, after u get weighed take it on the chin dust yourself off and start again, if u really want the weight loss the dedication will soon follow xxxx

Have plenty of BNS soup and sugar free jelly and water to get you though till Wednesday - just keep reminding yourself how you will feel when you see the scales going down - good luck.
