Arrowroot / cornflour

Hiya

Anyone know the syns in Arrowroot and/or cornflour??

Trying to find something low in syns to thicken sauces/gravies with.

Cornflour - 1 Level tsp = 1 syn
- 1 Level tbsp = 3.5 syns
- 28g = 5 syns

It's the same Syn value for all three.. Red, Green & Extra easy xxxxxxxxxx
