Thought I would start a good diary to keep me on track. I have just joined SW online, and so far so good. Took me a few days to get the hang of it, but in getting there lol.
Breakfast - 2 weetabix (heb) / semi skimmed milk (hea) / raspberries
Lunch - sausage pasta & tomato sauce (4 syns) / grapes / 1/2 strawberry muller corner (2 1/2 syns) / diet irn bru
Dinner - SW baked chicken with tomatoes, carrots, brocolli, cauliflower & potatoes / diet irn bru
Snacks - orange
