Today is the first day of my restart and Mr. Asami's beginning. I'm very
glad he is doing this with me, though I'm a bit worried as he is having protein
bars for lunch. I did offer to pack something to take, but that is what he
wants. He's going to try to keep the eating out to 1-2 times week.

My official start weight is - 172.4. TW is suppose to be 145. 27.4 lbs to go.

I have a booked a session with a trainer at the gym. Hopefully that will go
well and will get me more active. I'm so flabby. :mad:
 
Mr Asami....you'll have to have a word with him, protien bars are a no no give him the book to read and he'll do as well as you, good luck x

I LOL at Mr. Asami's chiding, sididd. He's not interested in reading it unfortunately. :(
At least he is cutting back on food and working out.

I was down to 171.2 today. Very pleased with it. Mr. Asami was also down.

Trainer went well yesterday and I see her again today. We worked out legs, not
sure what we will do today.

I joined the SMART challenge on the challenge forum. Here is a copy of my post:
Specific - Eat low carb, mostly following Dukan diet, though will allow for some higher fat foods once or twice a week as long as weight loss is
maintained. Work out at least an hour at least 5 days a week.
Measurable - Weigh in and record weight and activities every day in this challenge and also in my diary.
Attainable - I have lost weight doing this plan in the past.
Realistic - My goal is to lose 12 pounds, (which is a little more than half way to my goal weight.)
Time limited - I will stick to the diet for 7 weeks when we go on holiday.
