I have just bought some of the above, but don't know whether it's got syns in or not?

Would someone mind checking them for me?

Your rice isn't listed I'm afraid but if you post the nutritional info someone can work it out for you. You'll need to give:
calories per 100g
protein per 100g
carbs per 100g
fat per 100g
main ingredient - presumably rice!
