Just as I was patting myself on back for makin chicken stir fry as opposed to ordering Chinese take away I had a thought that perhaps the Asda hot and spicy stir fry may not be free?
It's not listed on-line - if it was all free veg, then it should be free
One thing's for sure, that it would far less syns than a Chinese take-away - so well done you! for making rather than getting a take-away.
