Asda Syns

Hey everyone, Ive just joined this online forum, having previously tried SW about 18 months ago, Ive decided to go it alone but think this forum looks like a great support network!!
I just have a few syn queries (on green days), can anyone help me with the following?

Syns in Asdas meat free range; fankfurters, quorn bugers and kievs?

I have an old syns book with some info on takeaways (fish and chip shops) but it doesnt have values for chicken kebab meat?

Hey, sorry to be a pain!
Ive posted my query in syns (I think!) but no-one replied, could this be because its not in the books? If so is there a way of calculating this?

Asda vegetarian frankfurters are 1 syn on both
vegetarian burgers are 0.5syns on both
cant see the kiev sorry
Large chicken donner without pitta is 7.5 syns on original and 15.5 syns on green
small is 5 and 10.5
