Asda Zero added sugar cola

Asda Zero added sugar cola - is it ok to drink? It's got barley malt extract in it, appart from that it looks fairly simmilar to the Asda diet coke.

So long as it has malic acid not citric acid it's safe

Great! It does say contains naturally occuring sugars... But it's got 1 cal per 250 mil and 0.3 carbs. That sounds fine but the fact it mentions sugar is a bit worrying.

Id have thought zero added sugar meant there was no sugar added?

maybe the barley has a bit of sugar? Ah. I'm gunna risk it.

Well I had a glass but i've been panicing every since. So I'm going to make my bf drink it and i'm going to get coke zero for the weekend party time haha!
