ASK restaurant

Tried googling syn values for ASK for it's impossible given it's wildly generic name!

Going tonight and looking at menu. Salads look to be the option but they all come with that sneaky saboteur avocado.

Anyone have any idea about syns here?

I went to ASK a few months back
They also have a specials menu, i had lamb cutlets with new potatoes and lentils!!!!
There were quite a few special meat dishes on there that seemed quite SW friendly!!

With salads just beware of dressings and avocado, cheese, olives etc

This exactly what I did for the chicken pancetta salad! Replaced avocado with mozzarella which was my HEXA and only used half the dressing. Counted that as my HEXB for the oil. Only bad point was the crispy pancetta. I ate half these bits! Hoping it won't have been too bad!
