At goal & now beyond... 5:2 officially rocks!

Fast done at 525 but that was stupidity of some popcorn - don't ask I have no clue why I had it!!! Anyway 2 more fasts til I can officially weigh in eeeeeeek

I think I've decided I'm going to officially weigh on Thursday so bit early for lent but if it's Sunday I need to do 3 fasts this week which isn't a true representation of my weeks if that makes sense... So although it's early in happier with it being honest. I won't eat the foods I gave up until Sunday when I will eat so much I'll probably weigh about 20 stone come Monday lol
 
Good up day with lots of steps & a Zumba class. Around 1700 cals which I'm happy with.

I've decided I'm going to weigh officially on Thursday & I know that's 3 days early but it's a true representation of my 2 fasts a week. Excited & nervous x

Have you decided what sweet treat you're going to have first? Or will you be going without for as long as possible?

Tara this is Sunday's food plan.... All cals are approximates

6am pre-breakfast snack - multipack of crisps - 1000 cals

Breakfast - another multipack of crisps - 1000 cals

Elevensies - haribo tangtastics & mawoam strips - 1200 cals

Lunch - mini cheddars & oddities - 1500 cals

Mid afternoon snack - a Terry's chocolate orange - 800 cals

Tea - 1/2 a cadburys creme egg cheesecake - 4000 cals

Then about 45 minutes after tea I'll likely throw up therefore calorie consumption for the day will be zero

OMG!! .. Lol had to read it twice .. Is the multipack of crisps the 20 pack or is there bigger?? Why just 1/2 a cream egg (I thought..huh?) then read the cheesecake bit .., I think you might be sick more than once :) but did you forget the hot cross buns??
 
Well fast in at 518, taken over by a very athletic tuc biscuit which somersaulted from the packet did a back flip whilst in the air & while I was standing open mouthed in shock at its skills it landed in my mouth - perfect 10.0 I scored it! Anyways so that's it I'm done food wise until the big weigh in tomorrow eeeeeek

I made a GF Nutella Philadelphia cheesecake for Easter as I don't like Easter chocolate.. Need to find some people to share it with lol
 
So nervously stepped on scales..... Wanted to hide in bed but a certain Carrie text me at 7am

That's 6.25lb since last official & 7.5lb since Shrove Tuesday. This has proved to me not weighing is better for me so scales away again for 4 weeks, aim is for 1.5lb loss in those 4 weeks taking me to 10:7
