hi all this is my first day feel very positive am sooo pleased i found this forum might be the answer to my prayers lol. i am 52 and have been "dieting "for 30 years unuccessfully losing a few pounds but putting a few more extra ones back on ending up 3 st heavier than when i started and now am over 50 find it even harder to lose the weight and stick to any diet for longer than a few weeks b4 i get fed up with going with out all the foods i love hopefully i will be able to incorparate them into this way of eating without going stupid, have started on an up day and want to have an up day every sunday its the only day i have a real problem with it means i will mess the up/down cycle up but will have to address that when i come to it if anyone has any ideas feel welcome to tell me any help and advice appreciated :devilangel:
