At last Im back on line..and lost!!

Hi Everyone,
I have so missed the forum. I have had major issues with my internet the past 3 weeks. Pleased to say fingers crossed it is ok now (touch wood)

I went to class this evening after 3 wees absence there too owing to having had a fall which I hurt my back...

Anyway I lost another 1 1/2 making a total or 4 1/2 lost so far. Not a lot but happy as it is now Wedding count down for me. My eldest daughter is getting married next July so I am focused once again on this weight loss.

I hope everyone is happy and loosing

Aww thanks Shep,
I really do hope I will loose some of this weight by at least April then I hopefully will dare to start looking for an outfit. I want to lose 3 st in total to goal but perhaps 2 st is being more realistic for the wedding who knows lol.

Glad you had a fab time on holiday. Can you give me details of the next challenge I better join I think if that is OK
