At last just Overweight

I've done it, I've managed to waddle into the 'overweight' bit on the graph, this bit is a lot smaller than the obese and morbidly obese ones so will zoom through this one.

Can't wait till I'm just overweight! I remember going from Class 2 obese to class 1 and how happy I was (how sad is that!lol)

Did you do 4 weeks of SS before moving to AAM? I'm thinking of staying on SS (3packs) for four weeks before having a bar or AAM added

How was it for you? cos i have roughly the same amount to lose
