and hip I know what you mean I've always been a maximum 19 something stone so when joined last week n saw was 20 st 1.5 pound was shocked.. But thankfully lost 2.5 pound and am in my safe teens.. My first goal is my club 10 too 18 st 1.5 meaning gotta lose 2 stone in total or 1 stone 11.5 now... I'm talking like in control n confident but believe me I'm far from that.. Will try find other thread you mentioned. x
