atkins and kettlebells?

Is anyone doing atkins and kettlebells or heavy weights? I don't mean kettlercise or anything using really light kettlebells x
 
The proper Russian kettlebells they recommend women to start at 8kg which I have and it was hard at first but getting easier...you don't do all the cardio you do at kettlercise though it's specific moves

Hi did kettleworx with a 5lb bell, it was a good workout and my shape changed loads. However, it made me stall as I was losing fat but gaining muscle.

I saw a big difference in 2weeks and was very well toned.
