Atkins Bars

Hi- just bought two of these from Tesco. They have less carbs than Tesco Ultra slim and less fat- more protein though? X

they are ok occassionally , but they dont contain 1/3 of your daily nutrients so you shouldnt used them as part of exante

Ahhhh thank you. Think I will use them as a weekend treat!

I actually don't mind the Exante bars xxxx
