So, I don't get paid until the 15th...I was meant to be doing Exante until then but really want to give low carb a whirl!

Can anyone give me any tips on some purse friendly Atkins foods? Any bargains you have found would be great!

All I have currently is cauliflower for cauli rice, it's not going to get me far!!

    Thanks!

LIDL are good and cheap on the meat side Lisa, and they do a great range of low carb sausages and a smoked pork joint that I find can be stretched quite far.

tesco value pack fresh corned beef, £1.07, cheaper than tins, and handy for snacking or taking to work for lunch with a green salad.
