Atkins & Slimfast?

Do you think it would still be possible to lose weight doing Slimfast & an Atkins inspired meal for tea?
I've been doing Atkins for three weeks, but feel so sick in the mornings at the thought of meat & eggs for breakfast.... Blegh!!

I've tried breakfasts with Flax & the Atkins bars, but both stalled my weight loss.....

Help!!

I lost weight having 1 shake for brekkie, but i used half the powder that you should use.
For the same reason, cannot stomach much in morns,
Now though, i just have a sero bar, which is great and handy to eat in a rush, you can buy these from avidlite.com they also do atkins style shakes.

Apparantly there's a new atkins book out - it was in this week's grazia. Don't know if it's any good as only skimmed over article as couldn't bring myself to read about food

anyway, it may give you some new ideas
