Hi guys not been on the forum for a while!!
Was doing the LL diet for a few months and lost the weight.
Went back on it - off - on - off - on.

Now I'm on Atkins!!! My question is?

Do u think i could get into ketosis using Atkins then go onto Lighterlife or would I come out of ketosis?

I just thought I'd eat my way into ketosis - then start lighterlife again as it is the hunger starting off on LL that is preventing me getting back into the diet.

Please send all suggestions and facts.........

    CD
Hi, I'm doing CD, this is my second week and doing really well, I've never done atkins (being a veggie) but I did something similar before starting CD. For 3 days I have Quorn and broccoli/cauliflower or quorn and mushrooms/spinach for 3 meals, that's all I had and I only had a slight fuzzy headache on day 2, by the time I was fully soul sourcing on CD I was in ketosis, not hungry and fine!
I'm not saying this would work for everyone but cutting the carbs made a huge difference to getting back onto CD which I believe is similar to LL!

    Best of luck..susan
